OceanTec will deliver and install flooring systems for the crew-areas for two expedition cruise vessels under construction by Kleven Verft for Hurtigruten. The agreement with Norwegian Marine Interior (NMI) comprises several galleys, service areas, toilet rooms and wardrobes. The floor coverings will be based on epoxy-systems from Mapei, with decorative elements carefully adapted to the design of each area.

This will be the first large project with products from the new marine-range from Mapei, which have its marine production facility and headquarter in Milano, Italy. Mapei have 80 years of experience and are located all over the world with 73 production plants and more than 5000 products in their catalog.
